OUTWERD is proudly based in Dallas, Texas. We're an online-first streetwear brand shipping worldwide, but we're deeply rooted in the Dallas fashion scene and local artist community. Our designs are inspired by the creative energy of Texas and the night owls who call it home.
Yes! Supporting local artists is at the heart of what we do. OUTWERD regularly collaborates with Dallas-based artists, designers, and creatives. If you're a local artist interested in collaborating, reach out to us through our contact page – we're always looking to connect with fellow creators who share our vision.
Orders are printed on-demand and typically ship within 2-5 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-7 business days after dispatch. International shipping is available – delivery times vary by location but typically range from 7-21 business days. All orders include tracking information sent to your email. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as orders shipped to incorrect addresses may be returned at your expense.
Because each item is custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we've got you covered – submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll replace it at no cost to you. For lost packages, claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. See our full Return Policy for details.
Most of our products run close to true to size. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements – we recommend checking those before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us for personalized sizing advice.
